What we believe
- Evidence over opinion. Recommendations are grounded in real job-posting data, not generic advice.
- Honest by default. When the data doesn’t support a confident answer, we say so rather than invent one.
- Privacy first. Your CV is processed under a zero-data-retention agreement, never sold, and never used to train models. Analytics only run if you consent.
